Traditional Italian recipe with an Aussie touch
dough
Our dough is made of only simple and natural ingredients. A blend of the best Italian flours to add more nutrients using not just 00 flour but the whole wheat germ, filtered water, a pinch of yeast, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil sourced in the South West. Our dough is fermented slowly for 72h in the fridge for that light and crispy flavour, allowing for easier digestion.
Local freshness
Only the freshest quality local vegetables are used in putting together our pizzas. Special pizzas will be added to the menu seasonally.

The mission is simple. To build a healthy community by connecting people with local producers and real food; providing education about local produce, sourcing sustainably and ethically to support local growers and artisans who contribute to a better of Western Australia.
